President Spinelli Publishes Book for Entrepreneurs in Portuguese

To inform Brazilian entrepreneurs’ on how to find venture capital, President Stephen Spinelli Jr., along with co-authors Jeffry A. Timmons and Andrew Zacharakis, recently published a Portuguese version of the book, How to Raise Capital.  For the publication, the authors consulted with José Dornelas, MBA professor at the Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil.

Originally released in 2004, the book, now published in Portuguese and adapted for the Brazilian entrepreneurship market, is a step-by-step guide for entrepreneurs to identify and secure venture capital.  It is targeted to entrepreneurs and current business owners and provides readers with the knowledge they need to prepare an effective loan proposal, locate a suitable investor, negotiate and close the deal.

Dr. Spinelli has written and co-written numerous books on entrepreneurship and other business topics, including, most recently, Business Plans that Work (with Jeffry Timmons and Andrew Zacharakis), Entrepreneurship: the Engine of Growth (editor with Andrew Zacharakis), and Never Bet the Farm (with Anthony Iaquinto).
