Interior Design students make ailing girl’s wish come true, the Times Chronicle reports

Six Interior Design students created a new family room to help fulfill the wish of a 12-year-old Elkins Park girl who has mitochondrial disease, the Sept. 24 Times Chronicle/Glenside News reported.   Working with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the students, under the supervision of interim program director Lauren Baumbach, created a “fun, techy, comfy” place for Rina Goldberg to relax in when she’s not feeling well.
