PhilaU’s sustainable Thanksgiving feast, featuring locally sourced foods, was featured Nov. 26 in The Philadelphia Inquirer.  The Nov. 19 dinner, featuring local items such as smoked duck, free-range turkeys and wild mushrooms, illustrates the efforts of colleges and universities to offer local, sustainable foods in their cafeterias, the story said.
