Michael Rackover talks about genetics in Nursezone.com

Michael Rackover, director of the physician assisant program, spoke about what nurses need to know about genetics Sept. 24 in Nursezone.com.  “Genetics is basic information people should feel comfortable with,” said Rackover, a consultant to the National Human Genome Research Institute. “The real question is trying to figure out how much genetics you really need to know to feel comfortable taking proper care of patients.”
