President Spinelli on proliferation of entrepreneurship programs: Philadelphia Business Journal

President Stephen Spinelli Jr. said entrepreneurship programs and centers have increased at a tremendous rate since he started teaching the subject in 1992, according to a story on entrepreneurship education in the Sept. 23 Philadelphia Business Journal.  Entrepreneurship, he said, “has so many interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary perspectives that it tends to begin as courses, and then it grows into a major, then a program and then the evolution of the thinking around it in education grows into an over-arching perspective and that’s when I think it’s at its best.”
