New Design Portfolio Community Launches

Attention all design students, faculty, staff and alumni. Show the world your work. Describe your creative process. Tell your story.

Philadelphia University has launched a new design portfolio community at http://DesignPortfolios.PhilaU.edu. Powered by Behance, this free service — available to all students, alumni, faculty and staff in areas — affords members of the PhilaU design community the opportunity to gain broader exposure for their work, connect with other PhilaU students and alumni, and be discovered more easily by potential clients, recruiters, and creative professionals.

From advertising to architecture, textile design to typography, all creative fields are represented and all PhilaU design programs are included. With PhilaU’s Design Portfolios, members can display any type of creative pieces (images, audio, video) and promote their work on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media services. Current students and faculty can more easily share their work with each other. Alumni can establish a presence online where employers or potential clients can more easily find them.
