Jefferson Launches Jefferson Israel Center To Drive Innovation in Education, Health and Science: Jerusalem Post

The Jefferson Israel Center, formally launched June 5 in Jerusalem, will expand and create new partnerships with Israeli universities and institutions to drive innovation in education, health and science, The Jerusalem Post reported June 9.

“Israel’s value proposition is its thriving innovation ecosystem and compelling overlap with defined Jefferson strengths, among them life sciences, data sciences, medicine, digital health, population health intelligence, industrial design, smart textiles and architecture,” Mark Tykocinski, MD,  Jefferson provost, executive vice president of academic affairs and The Anthony F. and Gertrude M. DePalma Dean of Sidney Kimmel Medical College, told The Jerusalem Post.
