Winning Nexus Maximus Project Would Help Fight Hunger: Philly

This year’s winning Nexus Maximus project was Fresh Express, a program that would help distribute leftover food from farms and groceries to Philadelphia’s food deserts, Philly reported Sept. 27.

Some 220 students from Jefferson  and its international and U.S. partner schools worked in teams to come up with innovative solutions to making the city’s communities healthier.
