Jefferson Students Are Co-Inventing Tomorrow’s Healthcare Technology: Technical.ly

Medical and design students at Jefferson are collaborating to help find innovative solutions for healthcare and medical devices, Technical.ly reported Oct. 31.

Through such programs at JeffSolves and JeffDESIGN, students have the opportunity to research, design and develop new devices and products that improve the experience for patients and clinicians, Technical.ly said.

“It’s really resonated with students that they can apply creativity to medicine,” said Bon Ku, MD, assistant dean and associate professor at Sidney Kimmel Medical College, who helped found JeffDESIGN.
