Jefferson Researchers Found Hot Coffee May Be Better For Your Health, Honolulu Star-Advertiser

Jefferson researchers found that hot-brewed coffee has more beneficial antioxidants than the increasingly popular cold-brewed coffee, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported Feb. 6.

In their recent study, chemistry professors Niny Rao and Megan Fuller also found that acidity levels, which may impact stomach upset, are similar for both hot- and cold-brewed coffee.

The study was also reported in Coffee Talk Feb. 7.
